On-Line Sample Submission Features

•  This system allows you to enter in all of your sample information just like you would write it on our sample envelope.

•  Your contact information only has to be entered once upon signing up.

•  This system automatically assigns a reference number to your sample. Write this number on the sample and send the sample to us via courier or mail.

•  The sample submission form is emailed directly to us, letting us know your sample is on the way. We will contact you if we do not receive your sample.

•  The sample submission form is also emailed back to you for your records.

•  Once we receive the sample submission form we will do the data entry on the sample before it arrives, ensuring the most efficient turnaround time possible.

On-Line Test Results Database Features

•  As soon as your sample results are ready, our online database notifies you via email that your results have been added to your online account, where you can view, print and export any or all of your results with a click of the mouse.

•  Just click on the link within the email and this will take you directly to our site. From there you can view/print/download your results. These results will be available until you tell us to delete them.

•  All hard copy results will be forwarded to you via mail.
